This is the second video for the single ‘Not Falling’, the first being something the guys were not really happy with. So with this second attempt, they met their vision of the video they wanted to create. The video, shot by Dean Karr, who is famed for his impressive imagery, is a great improvement on the first attempt, and is superbly shot.

By appearing in their current ‘stripped-down’ look, Mudvayne are hoping to by-pass the cartoon image that they seem to have been labelled with, so that people look past the image to the music.

The special features on the DVD are what makes it well worth the money. Previous Mudvayne DVD’s have always contained excellent bonus material, and this is no exception. The documentary carries on from the ‘Dig’ DVD and picks it up from Matt’s now infamous comment – ‘I’m tired of being bald, I’m not sexy’, and how fans continually ask him if he feels sexy. There’s some interesting comments on the evolution of their music and image from L.D.50 to the present. The making of the video documentary is really interesting, and there is an audio commentary on the video by Chad and the director. There’s also a band profile with some interesting info about each member, and the usual discography stuff.
